Our Installation Services

SITE INSTALLATIONS

TSS employs a dedicated and experienced site installation teams giving us better control over the delivery of your installation. Working and adhering to our client’s site rules our engineers have the experience and ‘know how’ to ensure an efficient delivery, no matter what anomalies may occur.

INSPECTIONS & MODIFICATIONS

We will also undertake inspections for clients who feel their plant equipment is just not performing as it should and follow it up with recommendations for improvement. When M&W Group contacted us because their Saxlund Conveyor was continually breaking down we undertook an inspection and found that the conveyor was not compatible with MRF waste. We were able to make the relevant modifications and got the conveyor up and running to full capacity. PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PPM)

A planned preventative maintenance (PPM) program aims to prevent the breakdown or failure of equipment before it occurs. This provides uninterrupted operation and can increase the life span of your plant and equipment.

At Three System Solutions we can provide bespoke PPM Programmes tailored to meet your needs, ensuring relevant industry compliance. Our PPM Programs include regular visits, monitoring, and maintenance. The timing and scope of your maintenance programme will be dependent upon your equipment and your requirements.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

Three System Solutions is also skilled in electrical installations including installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical equipment and related electrical and electronic control systems.
