Three Systems Solutions has been a developing company within the engineering sector for the last twenty-six years. During 2021 TSS needed to re-brand to reflect its new change in leadership and to synchronise with its shift in business strategy. After 26 years of business, change was needed but without losing its core business values of operational excellence, exceptional client service and our commitment to integrity, respect and responsibility. Our mission at TSS is “to serve our clients, through safe and innovative design, fabrication and engineering. Saving our clients time and money”. By 2030 our vision is to be a world leading engineering brand within the Energy from Waste industry.

Cost Efficiency
We continually review our products and processes to ensure our services are cost efficient. Sometimes this may mean redesigning a piece of equipment or using different materials and products which are usually used as standard. Turning a standard roller into an interchangeable roller meant we were able to save our clients thousands of pounds in replacement stock, conveyor belts, staff time and production downtime.

We are a qualified and experienced team of people within our respective fields of expertise. Together we will lead Three System Solutions through our mission objectives and towards our vision of being a ‘world leading engineering brand within the energy from waste industry’.

Stringent Health & Safety Protocols
Three System Solutions is fully committed to minimising the risk of injury or ill health to anyone who works for or comes into contact with our company. This includes minimising damage to property or the environment.
The engineering industry is recognised as being one of the top seven industries that poses a high risk to injury and ill-health. Three System Solutions understands this and so demands the highest standards of health and safety across our organisation and supply chain.
Our rigorous health and safety practices and standards are integrated into our daily tasks. By incorporating these standards across our organisation, we have achieved an exemplary health and safety record. We believe that our Health and Safety principles to; regularly review health and safety performance against our policy objectives, to continually strive to improve and exceed expectations of what is required of us by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, assists in maintaining our exemplary health and safety record.
Our regime of ongoing safety training and development programmes ensures that all our employees are competent to do their work, and to provide appropriate information, instruction, and training.
As principal contractor the ‘Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 stipulates that for the construction phase of a project involving more than one contractor the principal contractor is responsible for the planning, management, monitoring and coordination of health and safety during this phase, all of which is clearly outlined in a ‘Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan’. Three System Solutions has the knowledge and experience to act as ‘Principle Contractor’ for your construction project.
Rigorous Quality Assurance Checks
Quality assurance is a way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufacturing products and avoiding problems when delivering services to our clients. Like most organisations we want to provide our clients with the best customer service.
We can only do this with robust quality systems, procedures and policies that are continually monitored and developed by our employees and clients. We have endeavoured to make quality assurance systemic throughout our organisation and therefore in everything we do.
Committed to Reducing Environmental Impact
At Three System Solutions we have a real commitment to protecting our environment. Scientists have made us very aware that our planet cannot continue to sustain humanity if we do not take responsibility for our actions.
We know that our type of business produces a significant carbon footprint, and it is this increase in Greenhouse Gas (CO²e) emissions into the atmosphere that is the biggest cause of global warming to our planet.
To protect our environment, we will continue to monitor and review our business activities and make the necessary changes. Where change cannot be made, we will offset our carbon footprint by working with Ecologi. With Ecologi we will fund a range of carbon reduction projects across the UK and worldwide.
TSS’ Environmental Policy means we are committed to staying in touch with environmental issues, to assess, review and set objectives that have a real impact on protecting our environment.

DESIGN
Our design team are skilled design engineers who work with CAD and 3D modelling software packages, enabling our clients to visualise and analyse how a design will work prior to fabrication and installation.

Our fully equipped workshop can provide MIG, TIG, Gas and Spot Welding, Press Brake Bending and Forming, Guillotine, Laser Cutting, Finishing and Hand Finish Fettling for fabrication work up to 15m high and 25 tonnes.
